Canadian Centre for Women in Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (WinSETT)

Kandis facilitates the WinSETT Centre's skill builders and leadership series, as a regional facilitator, which provides professional development workshops for women in SETT fields.

Grounded in research, the program addresses key topics such as leadership skills, effective communication, negotiation, workplace politics, mentorship, emotional intelligence, and creating gender-inclusive environments. These workshops help women enhance their leadership capabilities and succeed in SETT careers.
